Original Artwork Return Policy

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all original artwork sales are final and non-refundable.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

Incorrect item received

Item arrives significantly damaged during shipping

Major product defect prior to delivery

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind

Personal preference

Differences in color caused by monitor or device settings

Subjective expectations regarding appearance

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photographs showing the issue.

Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, delivered, or sent, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be provided.
